If you live outside of the northeast and you need your order to arrive promptly (2 — 3 days), please select Priority Mail, NOT Media Mail.
Shipping
We ship your order by United States Postal Service the same or next business day that we receive it.
Priority Mail is the best choice. You will have your order in 2 to 3 business days (continental US). Media Mail is very, very unpredictable. Do not select Media Mail if you need your order to arrive soon. You may wait 10 to 21 days.
Media Mail is probably okay if you are in the northeast (we are in Upstate NY) but if you live outside of the northeast and you need your order to arrive promptly (2 to 3 days), please select Priority Mail, NOT Media Mail.
Express Mail is next day delivery. I waive the signature requirement, unless you let me know otherwise.
We ship books overseas by Priority Mail, also. In most cases you can expect them in 7 to 10 days. I can be more specific on a country-by-country basis. Send an e-mail if you want more information about international shipping.
Returns
We will refund your purchase price (not shipping costs) for any item you return because you find it unsatisfactory.
